Phoenix had two readings in June, the first on June 8 for Up All Night for Palestine: A 24-hour teach-in to learn, grieve, and take action, just before the Jewish holiday of Shavuot, sponsored by Jewish Voice for Peace Western Mass.
The table readings at the end of June were part of the On the Boards festival at The LAVA Center in Greenfield. I learned a lot from hearing the actors’ performance as well as from the talk back, skillfully facilitated by director, Ash Goverman.
